Peter Sorcher
Partner/Film Director
Peter is an award-winning commercial and documentary director and editor. He’s worked with top global advertising agencies and his client experience includes Nike, Coke, Starbucks, The Gap, Clif Bar, Salesforce, State Farm, L’Oreal, Wells Fargo and many more. Peter brings a sense of authenticity and emotion to his storytelling as well as a photographer’s eye for cinematic images. He believes it’s this combination that truly engages and moves an audience.

Hans Ullmark
Partner/Strategist
Hailing from Sweden, Hans was told that he and his creative partner would never make it in New York’s advertising world. Their agency, Anderson & Lembke, took off, with IBM, Intel, 3Com, Sun Microsystems as clients. Then WSJ, SAP, Wells Fargo and Microsoft. The agency became global with offices in Europe and Asia and grew to 360 people before it was sold. Hans then co-founded a new agency in San Francisco focusing on branding and communications for Seagate, Logitech, Gore-Tex, Amnesty International, Franklin Templeton.
Hans believes the strongest brands are those built from within.

Nico van Praag

Prior to Blaze, Nico has enjoyed a long career in advertising, brand strategy, and experience design. He has crafted creative strategies for many leading brands including Audi, Red Bull, Nike, Lexus, General Motors, Xbox, Salesforce, Visa, and more. Throughout his career he's built and led strategy and leadership teams that are motivated and aligned to create innovative and inspiring ideas that prove highly effective for his clients.

Garrett Lawrence
Partner/Chief Marketing Officer
Garrett’s passion for creating catalytic ideas to help companies build powerful brands has driven his ability to lead agencies and create successful omni-channel global campaigns. In addition to key roles at FCB, Publicis and Grey, he also led the transformation of a small satellite agency office into a leading full-service operation by building talented teams and applying an insights based approach to bring brand stories to life for world-class companies including Intel, HP, Microsoft, T-Mobile and many more.
